Walk This Way! But, only in your neighborhood! Make it count!

I, like everyone else, am trying to figure out what day it is. My studio has been closed for just about two weeks. I have to say, I’m feeling a little lost! But I have been doing a lot of walking!
 
But while we walk, for air, for sanity, mental health and cardio health let’s make it count! Walk with purpose and awareness. You will get all the benefits that way. I have voice over in the video to save you from endless reading. Stay tuned and walk this way, hit it, Steve!
