Skipping for Warmup

We have already focused on Lateral bounding. Today’s video shows us the art of skipping!

Yes, skipping is a great warm-up move. It uses your ankles, lower body, and upper body movements, and feels good too!

As I explain on the video, you need not hop if that is uncomfortable or you feel off balance. The video shows the progression of a single leg skip, to a moving skip, to a bounding skip.

Remember all movement should be pain-free! Skip into your week!
