Ripped Grandma
Supporting a Wellness Culture
for Active Women and Men Over 60!
You are not too old,
And it is not too late!
The Ripped Grandma understands that hiring a personal trainer to help you with your balance, strength, or functional movement, can be an intimidating task. It doesn’t have to be. I offer an inviting, low key, and balanced approach to help you get the results you want. That doesn’t mean it won’t be challenging! But everyone of our challenges is unique to us and the journey we have traveled. Whether you would like to see improvement in your sport game, be able to lift that suitcase out of the car, or decrease your risk of osteoporosis, minimizing injury and maximizing results is my goal for you!
Ripped Grandma Philosophy
Aging well is not just about exercise, it is a myriad of systems that come together, including movement, nutrition, sleep, stress reduction, purpose and perspective, to name a few. While we weren’t all given amazing athletic genes, (at least I wasn’t) we have the ability to change some outcomes with lifestyle choices.
Movement is the catalyst that helps with all the above, at any age! With that in mind, if you would like to move better, move more and have fun, you have come to the right place. 😊

Hip Mobility with Core Stability
One of the biggest concerns I have heard voiced in regards to aging actively is the idea of flexibility. I read that as being able to continue to move when you want to, where you want to, without any pain. We don't always have to be moving, but it is great to have the...
