THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
Congratulations to all the Ripped Grandma Supporters and Members!!!! One year ago, almost to the date I posted my first video! It was long, no mike, and it was windy. But I did it! It was something that I had been wanting to do for a long time. Sharing my passion of safe, challenging movements with my clients, potential clients and anybody else that likes to move!
As I reflect back to that time, I remember having a vision of opening my own studio. That vision, last May, became a reality, with Rippedgrandma Studio!
To those of you who joined me at the beginning, I am very grateful for your support! Including some of my clients who have been with me for over a decade!
My challenge is to continue to grow, learn and laugh along the way. Those of you who recently have joined me, thank you for putting your trust in me and I welcome your feedback and input!!
Like anything we do for the first time, we enjoy learning moments. It is a growth tool, “How can I improve?” My biggest takeaway from this first video, it was too long!! Hopefully I have gotten better with a shorter delivery! As I watch this again, the information and exercises are still pertinent to what I do, and you do.
I focused on the hips which, are in my mind, the most undervalued part of our bodies. We don’t utilize them correctly because we sit so much. Yours
truly is no exception.
As I write this from my vacation abode in Truckee, CA I will be using some of these right after I finish writing this! Particularly the hip extension!
Where are you in your journey of movement and wellness?
Are you where you want to be? Has Ripped Grandma provided support for this movement, made you think? given you an ahha?
If you have the guts and 3:47 minutes to watch the video below please do so, especially if you are not big on the gym. All of these can be done, at home and are very beginning movements!

Looking for a roller or mat like the ones you see me using in the video? You can find them right here! They can really come in handy on those days where you just can’t get to the gym. Also great tools to start with in your home gym if you are working on one.
