…about sleep zzzzz.
As an active aging adult (considered those over 50) sleep often seems elusive. Perhaps we have trouble getting to sleep, maybe we awake at specific times and suffer from monkey mind. (that is my personal dilemma most nights)
We pay attention to what we eat, how much we move, how much we sit, how many calories are in this, and that.
But how many of us out there put a priority on your sleep?
In your quest for wellness do you put sleep on your need to list, or does it fall in the sometimes, or hardly ever category? How many of you sleep well without a sleep aide, CBD, over the counter, or RX drugs?
