My clients teach me so much! Recently a client told me that the more she learns about her body and how it works, the more she feels in control of it!

Often times we feel as we move forward in life a lack of control in whats happening to our bodies. What can we do? Work to get in touch and listen to your body. Where can we start? With the Breath of course!
