Fun Facts About Aging!
If you are interested in how to improve secondary aging, which refers to changes that are caused by illness or disease, or primary aging, which refers to the inevitable changes that take place in our body as we age, check out this latest research diagram.
This simple diagram hypothesizes what the latest data from Exercise and Sport Science Review | July 2019 reveals. Although we need to counteract both primary and secondary aging with calorie restriction and exercise, It looks like the nutrition factor is the clear winner! Food for thought! (but it is easy on the calories 😉)
